Act I · The mandate

Chairman Carr’s Build America Agenda aims to accelerate broadband deployment, restore U.S. wireless leadership, grow the space economy, and strengthen national security—all while supporting America’s telecom workforce.

Act II · The method

Guided by principles of innovation, deregulation, and competition, the agenda emphasizes forward-looking policies, simple and clear rules, and a bias toward action to drive economic growth.

Act III · The goal

Its ultimate goal is to ensure the U.S. not only keeps pace with global advancements but leads the world in next-generation networks and technologies.
